Refund Policy
In circumstance your products arrive in the damaged state, you can Sign in and request for RMA online. The claims for damage and delivery discrepancy must be done within 48hours of the delivery – and claims won’t be accepted after the given time slot.
If goods aren’t defective and you want to return it you have got 7 days when your package arrives for returning the products for refund. Returned products should be in original manufacturer's packaging, in same condition when sold, with literature, instructions, accessories, blank warranty cards & documentation. Phones should be returned "Like-New Condition", and must not have any signs of use or should have 25minutes in the cumulative talk time.
If any item is found defective it can be exchanged with the equivalent product if we’re not able to supply that same item or item can’t be repaired. If any return shipping charge is a responsibility of customer. All handling and shipping fees come non-refundable. It includes all refused & unaccepted packages that are subject to handling fee.
New Condition phone returns can be subject to 20% of restocking fee and shipping & handling fee up to an actual shipping amount that was paid on the order & not to include any promotional coupons.
Suppose products aren’t in "Like-New Condition" and are missing packaging and documentation, we might refuse your return and charge restocking fee depending on the returned items condition and minimum shipping & handling fee of an actual shipping amount paid for your order & not to include any promotional coupons.
Important Returns Details
Please make sure to REMOVE the PHONE PASSCODE & RESET YOUR DEVICE when returning to our service.
A MASTER RESET of your device is preferred before the shipment. Suppose this isn’t completed before sending any phone in us it can delay the RMA request. Suppose we don’t have the information after two business days of making our request we may return your orders back to you.
- Enclose the copy of RMA request that includes RMA number & order number with return packaging.
- All returns should be accompanied by the RMA number that is written on a return package. You are emailed RMA label with the unique RMA number when your return is authorized.
- Return phones all along with accessories and original device packaging.
- Don’t return SIM cards & airtime cards, as they are non-refundable.
- RMAs can be processed during the normal business hours from Monday to Friday of receipt.
- Note issues you’re experiencing with your device. We suggest you use the delivery confirmation for the return to insure right delivery of the item.
- If phone is not found defective and refund is requested, 20 to 50% restocking fee can be applied before refund depending on condition of a phone and completeness of return. Shipping will be non-refundable. The shipping & handling fee can be applied to refunded goods.
- You can get notification when the return is received and it will be 1 to 2 business days the after delivery.
- It will take around 15 working days after the receipt of device for refund to post.
- You can receive notification within 5 working days of the receipt of disposition of the warranty and refund request.
