Emphasis on No-Contact Delivery
- In order, to ensure social distancing, we’ve suspended our option of COD for all our orders.
- Delivery Associate would place your order on the doorstep & step back to ensure 2-meter distance.
- Customer signatures are not required at a time of delivery and our partners has implemented the OTP confirmation for all the pre-paid orders.
- We are looking forward to help you and serve you in a best possible means.
- Customers can get the packet or shipment within 5 - 7 working days. If you are in the containment zone, it might take a bit longer.
When can I receive my package?
We plan to deliver all our orders within 5 to 7 working days. You can click on a “Check Availability” in Delivery on Product Page & enter your code to get an estimated delivery time.
Is it possible to request the date and time slot for delivery?
At present, we don’t have feature of delivering our products at the specific date and time slot.
Can I track my product?
Yes, you can click on the Track Order on right hand side of our website or you can visit Account Section to keep track of your package. We will send you SMS notification whenever the product is out for delivery.
Does Buymymobile offer international delivery?
No. Right now, we do not deliver our products outside India. You just have to click on the "Check Availability" & enter your Code to get required details about the standard delivery time & availability of COD for your Product selected.
Can I delay or expedite my order delivery?
Sorry, at present we don’t have such facility to delay delivery of the order. Whereas we work hard to deliver your orders as quick as possible but delivery timelines generally depend on various other factors like Logistics Partners & your location.
What to do if I have not received my order?
At times you might experience some kind of delay in delivery because of bad weather conditions, special sale events, political disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances. Suppose an estimated delivery period has passed & still you have received the order, you can contact us & we can track your order at the earliest.
Note down our shipping policy:
- We ship orders on week days (that is from Monday to Saturday), and excluding Sunday and public holidays.
- But, in a few cases, we might take a bit longer, up to 5 working days, for shipping an order.
- We strive hard in delivering your products on time, because of load with our couriers, estimate the delay of 0 to 2 days.
